Outbuilding about 10 metres south of Town House Farmhouse

Outbuilding. C17 with C20 modifications. Timber-frame, part weatherboarded, with some woven infill, on high rubble plinth, corrugated iron roof. 2 framed bays, open across ground floor on north side. Originally floored. Framing: 2 square panels high to wall-plate; gable trusses: south: 2 collars with multiple queen struts; north: 3 queen struts to collar with V-struts in apex; central truss: collar and tie-beam; ridge, trenched purlins. Much of timber is reused from elsewhere.
