Description
Llanwarne Court is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with extensions added in the late 19th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and brick, topped with slate roofs and end stacks featuring brick shafts. The building has a roughly L-shaped plan, with the garden front facing northwest. It is two storeys high and has three bays, featuring sash windows with nine panes on the first floor and twelve panes on the ground floor, all set in brick surrounds. There is a projecting string course between the floors and a late 19th-century central door with a transom light. The lower service area at the rear includes late 19th and 20th-century casements, sashes, and hipped roofs. Inside, the farmhouse has an early 19th-century staircase with stick balusters.
