Description

CANON PYON CP A 4110 (east side) SO 44 NE 5/22 West View GV II Cottage. Probably C18, with later alterations. Timber-frame with brick and plaster infill. Welsh and asbestos slate roofs. Sandstone and brick end stack. Rectangular two-bay plan aligned north-north-west/south-south- east. One storey and attic. West elevation has one window, a gabled central early C20 dormer with 2-light casement. Ground floor has a pair of similar casements and a central late C20 glazed porch. Frame is three square panels high from cill to wall-plate. Attached to right hand side and obscuring the end stack is a single-storey mid-C20 extension. Interior not inspected.
