Description
This is a milepost located about 10 yards west-south-west of Southwell Court. It was probably made in the mid-19th century and is constructed from cast iron. The milepost features an angled top and sides that rise from a curved angled base. It has raised lettering that reads: "GARWAY PARISH TO ROSS ABERGAVENNY 9 NNY MILES 12½ MILES." Southwell Court is not included in this listing.
