Farmhouse. Probably C17, perhaps with earlier origins, altered in early and late C19. Painted sandstone rubble with hipped Welsh slate roof and brick stacks. Rectangular plan aligned west-south-west/east-north-east. Two storeys. South elevation has four windows, early C19 casements and late C19 sashes with blocked 2-light mullioned window above roughly central mid-C20 flat roofed porch. Interior: noted as having heavy chamfered ceiling beams in ground floor room at east end.
