Description
The Old Cottage is an 18th-century house that has been altered in the 20th century. It features a timber frame with rendered infill and a tiled roof added in the 20th century. The building consists of two framed bays that are aligned east to west and face north, with a west gable end stack that is enclosed by a later lean-to. It is a single storey with an attic, which includes a central dormer that has a 2-light 20th-century glazing bar casement window. There are additional 20th-century one- and 2-light glazing bar casement windows, with one window to the left and three to the right of a half-glazed door, plus another window in the lean-to on the right. The cottage is included for its group value.
