Lodge about 250 yards north-north-east of Holme Lacy House

GV II

Lodge. Probably early C19, with later alterations. Sandstone ashlar and brick partly finished in stucco. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Brick and stucco stack. Rectangular plan aligned north-east/south-west with polygonal end to north-east. One storey. North-east elevation has three windows, 2-light glazing bar casements, one to each face of the polygon set in hammered rusticated ashlar. Window heads have deep voussoirs and dropped keystones. Moulded eaves cornice. Entry in north return. Return elevations are finished in stucco. Interior not inspected.
