Description

FOWNHOPE CP - SO 53 NE 5/25 Whitegate GV II House. Early C19, altered early C20. Stuccoed villa with hipped slate roof. Irregular plan, generally two rooms'deep with two central stacks and central entrance to garden front with further entrance to road front. Two storeys; garden front, outer projecting bay, 1:1:1 windows, sashes with marginal glazing, central cast iron portico with half-glazed inner door; similar portico and door to road front. Included for group value.
