Description

Mill Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse, altered in the 20th century. It is timber-framed with some wattle-and-daub and painted brick infill, a sandstone plinth, stacks, and a tiled roof. The building has an irregular T-shaped plan, with stacks at each gable end and a further stack on the south side. Later additions are present to the north and east.

The south front has irregular fenestration and altered entrances to the left side of the west wing, featuring a corner window and a stack to the right. A 2-light cross-casement window is located on the side of the wing that projects forward, adjoining the gable end of a further cross-wing. This cross-wing has a large stack and a half-glazed door.
