Description

Priory Cottage is a house built around 1840, constructed of stuccoed brick with a hipped slate roof. This two-storey, two-bay villa features an entrance in an extra bay that is set back to the left. The door is set within a moulded round arch. On the ground floor, there are French windows leading to a verandah with a coved roof. The first floor has cross windows with glazing bars and moulded architraves. A stack is located at the centre front of the building. The house has been extended to the sides. The interior has not been inspected. Priory Cottage is included for its group value.
