Description
The former granary, now a house, is located about 20 yards southeast of Treberon. It features a recessed plaque on the west gable that reads "EML/1756". The building is constructed of roughly squared sandstone rubble and has a Welsh slate roof with a verge on the west gable and a corner stack at the southwest corner. It stands two storeys high with an attic.
On the south elevation, there are three windows, which are late 20th-century casements with two lights on the first floor, and a contemporary door beneath the left-hand window. The north elevation has tallet stairs that rise from the east to provide entry on the first floor. This elevation is asymmetrical, truncated by the stack on the right side, and features one kneeler to the north with superimposed 2-light late 20th-century casements on both the first floor and attic. The building is reported to have upper cruck trusses, likely with curved principals. It is included for its group value.
