Description
Michaelchurch Court is a farmhouse that likely dates from the 18th century, with some remodelling in the 19th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and features a Welsh slate roof, along with sandstone rubble end stacks that have brick shafts. The building is designed in an L-plan, with one arm extending roughly to the west and the other to the north. It has two storeys and attics.
On the south elevation, there are windows arranged in a 1:2 pattern, with segmentally-headed sashes on both storeys on the left side. The gable front has a small sash window on the ground floor to the left of the stack and two-light casements above. There is also a segmentally-headed entry with a catslide extension on the west side of the south wing, adjacent to the junction with the other wing. The east elevation features segmentally-headed three-light casements.
