Description

The Old Manor House is likely a 17th-century house, restored in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of roughly squared sandstone rubble with sandstone dressings, and has a tiled roof. The building has stone gable stacks and a side stack with a brick shaft. It follows an H-shaped plan, with a cellar, two storeys and an attic. The windows are arranged in a 1:2:1 pattern and are restored stone mullioned windows. The left gable has five-light windows, the right gable has four-light windows, and the centre range has a single-light window to the ground floor and three-light mullions to the first floor. The central entrance features an eared architrave and a broken segmental pediment, with a mid-20th century door.
