Description

This cart shed, located about 10 metres west of Greathouse Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century and has undergone some alterations in the 20th century. It features a timber frame that is weatherboarded and rests on concrete padstones, topped with a half-hipped stone slate roof. The structure consists of three bays with open ends. The sill beam is raised approximately 150 mm off the ground on the concrete padstones. The wall framing consists of single rectangular panels made from light scantling framing. This building is included for its group value. The interior has not been inspected.
