Description

Llan Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in 1850. It features ashlar stonework and a slate roof with gable-end stacks. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are fitted with glazing bar sashes and flat lintels, each topped with square labels. The central entrance on the ground floor is flanked by two similar windows and includes a cast iron porch with a flat roof. Above the porch is an overlight with a square label and a six-panelled door. The date "JAC/ 1850" is displayed above the central window on the first floor. This farmhouse is noted for being a particularly good example of mid-19th century architecture.
