Description
Hatt Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1845, constructed from small ashlar blocks and topped with a slate roof featuring two stacks on the rear slope. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, presenting a symmetrical front with a slightly recessed center. It features Tudor style windows, which include small paned sashes, two-light outer windows, and a single light in the center of the first floor, all with hoodmoulds above. The central doorway is Tudor arched and contains a plank door, set within a large ashlar gabled porch that has a coped gable. The gable also features a Tudor-arched doorway and a small blank panel with a hoodmould at the apex. The rear elevation is plain, and there is a small two-storey building attached at the rear corner, which has coped gables and end wall stacks.
