Description
This is a cartshed located about 35 metres north-north-east of Henhurst Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with a plain-tile roof. The structure features three timber-framed bays, with a half-hipped roof on the east side and a hipped roof on the west side. The east gable end is open to the farmyard, and there is a lean-to along the long south side. Inside, the posts are unjowled, and the roof has clasped purlins with vertical queen-struts to the collars, along with a ridge-piece. The cartshed is situated approximately 12 metres east of a barn, and it is included in the listing for its group value.
