MOCCAS CP WOODBURY LANE SO 34 SE 4/48 Woodbury Farmhouse 20.2.53 GV II

Farmhouse. C17, with some late C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick and rendered infill on a rubble plinth, under a pantile roof. Three framed bays aligned north-west/south-east. Chimney stack to south of centre with lobby entrance. South-west front of one storey with attic lit by two gabled dormers. Ground floor has two casements. Main entrance to right of centre opens into a lobby against the stack and has a lean-to pantiled canopy. Another, subsidiary, entrance to left of centre with similar canopy. Framing: three square panels high. Included for group value.
