Description

The Round House is a windmill that has been converted into a house. It dates from the early 19th century and was extended in the mid-20th century. The building is constructed of brick on a coursed rubble plinth and features a slate octagonal pyramidal roof. The round tower has been extended to the south with a flat-roofed addition. The structure stands three storeys tall and has an irregular arrangement of windows, which are 2-light casements set under segmental heads.
