Farmhouse. C17, remodelled mid-C18 with mid-C19 alterations. Timber- framed with rendered infill rebuilt in coursed rubble with tile roof. Four bays aligned east/west with a single-bay wing projecting to north. Chimney stacks placed axially on each side of staircase behind short wing. North front has wing projecting to left of centre. Two storeys with one plus one plus two windows, two to left are 2-light casements, to right 3- light casements. Ground floor of wing blind, a C20 casement to left and two 3-light casements to right. Entrance to left-hand corner has segmental brick head, a 2-pane overlight and a C17 ledged and boarded door. The other entrance between two windows to right has a lean-to tiled porch with half-glazed sides. Framing exposed to upper floor of short wing is two square panels high. The tie-beam is slightly jettied with an ovolo mould- ing, above these are three struts to the collar with two curved struts in apex. Interior has chamfered and stopped exposed ceiling beams.
