5/98 Barn about 15 yard south-east of The Moor

GV II

Barn. "JED/1724" on plaque on north side and "JED/1727" around owl hole in west gable. Sandstone rubble, Welsh slate roof hipped to east with sandstone verge to west. Five bays aligned east/west. North elevation has ledged cart entry in centre bay under raking-top roof and two rows of vent slits to either side. West gable has two vent slits beneath dated owl hole. Rear extensions to south are C19 and C20 (not included). Interior has trusses in which two posts rise from ties to collars; braces from ties to principals over threshing floor.
