Cottage. C18. Timber-frame with brick infill, plain tiled roof and external stone end stack with detached brick shaft attached to north. Two bays aligned roughly north/south. One storey and attic. West elevation: evenly spaced late C20 3-light casements, one either side of glazed gabled central porch and one in each of two flat-roofed dormers above. Frame: three panels high to gables; diagonal struts from top rail of west side wall to corner posts. Lean-to brick extension to east side; a single storey extension partly masks end stack to north end. Included for group value.
