Cottage. Possibly C18. Timber-frame, brick and plaster infill, external end stacks with detached brick shafts. One storey and attic, two windows, 2-light mid-C20 casements, three to ground floor and two in gabled dormers, entry in extension to left. Frame is of irregular-sized panels, three high from cill to wall-plate, diagonal strut from right hand corner post to wall- plate and another similar strut to right of centre (RCHM Vol II, p 185).
