Cottage. Probably C18. Timber-frame with brick infill, corrugated iron roof and brick end stack. Two structural bays aligned roughly east/west. One storey and attic. One window. Two early C20 casements to ground floor, gabled dormer with steel mid-C20 casement to left of centre, gabled porch to left of centre; attached to left a single-storey one-window early C20 extension with tiled roof envelopes end stack which probably is sand- stone visible towards its base. East gable (to road) has three rows of weathering and V-struts from collar.
