Headstone. Late C18. Sandstone. Cherub's head and highly decorative foliate surround to cartouche with convx inscription panel. Commemorates Mary Miles, died 1767. A fine example of the local vernacular craftsmanship adjacent to the fine Edmund Miles memorial (qv).
