Description
Coldmoor is a farmhouse, now a dwelling, likely built in the late 17th century or 18th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill, a large stone side stack with a detached brick chimney, and a thatched roof. The building has an elongated rectangular plan that runs roughly east to west, with a cider house incorporated at the east end. It is one storey with an attic.
The south elevation includes late 19th century and 20th century casement windows, along with an eyebrow dormer to the right of the side stack, which is above a thatched projection leading to a glazed entry. Further to the right is the entrance to the cider house, and to the left of the stack is an early 20th century latticed and gabled entrance porch. The west gable has two casement windows, one on each floor. The frame consists of three panels high to the wall-plate.
