Description

No. 60 Millgate is a house dating from around 1775. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof. The building has a plinth, a band at the first floor, cogged eaves, and two gable stacks. The windows are glazing bar sashes, and the openings have rubbed brick heads. The house is three storeys tall and has a five-window range. Above this, there are five smaller windows. The central entrance consists of a fielded six-panel door with a fanlight, flanked by two windows.
