Description

The gateway to the cemetery chapels, built around 1870, is made of cast iron. It features two sets of traceried incurving railings with a central main gateway that is flanked by single pedestrian gates. The structure is supported by square skeleton piers that have billeted pyramidal caps topped with fleurs de lys. The gates were renewed in the late 20th century.
