Description

Stella House is a house from the early 19th century located on Balderton Gate in Newark on Trent. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has a plinth, corner pilasters, a gable band, and two gable stacks. At the center, there is a full-height segment-headed recess. The windows are glazing bar sashes with multi-keystoned lintels and blind boxes. The house has two storeys and a three-window range, with the central window being smaller. Below this, there is a central plain stone doorcase with a flat hood supported by scroll brackets. The entrance features a half-glazed fielded panelled door with an overlight, flanked by single windows.
