WELBECK WELBECK ABBEY GROTTO WALK (West side) Wall and attached gateway attached to north of Welbeck Abbey

Wall and attached gateway. Mid C19. Ashlar and iron. 20 bay coped wall. Each bay divided by a single rusticated pilaster and containing 2 recessed blind arches with keystones, supported on squat piers. To the rear right is a gateway, having central vermiculated rusticated pier topped with an orb. To the right a decorative iron gate, the left gate is missing, flanked by single similar piers, topped with pedestals, and single coped walls with single recessed arched panels with keystones. To the left is a single similar pier and orb, to the right a vermiculated rusticated respond.
