Description

The Boat House is an early 20th-century structure located on the east side of Welbeck Shrubbery Lake Drive. It is built from red brick, ashlar, and wood, featuring a wood-tiled roof that is hipped at the rear with an overhanging eaves. The exterior is clad in wood, designed to mimic a log cabin, with various patterns including herringbone, lozenge, diagonal, and lattice. The building is single-storey and consists of three bays, with three doorways that have large sliding doors. At the rear, there are single projecting bays on either side.
