Description

This is a mid-18th century cottage located on the west side of Southgore Lane, North Leverton, near Hablestonthorpe. The cottage is constructed of brick, roughcast, and whitewashed, with a steep-pitched pantile roof and two ridge stacks. It is two storeys high and has two bays.

The south side has a gabled timber porch with a lattice pattern, containing a plank door, located to the right. To the left of the porch is a Yorkshire sash window with a segmental head. Above, there are two Yorkshire sash windows. Attached to the left is a single-storey outbuilding featuring a single casement window. The east gable has a single casement window on each floor. The north side mirrors the south, with a gabled, latticed timber porch containing a plank door on the right, and a plain sash window to the left. Above, there are three plain sash windows. An outbuilding to the right of the cottage contains a plank door and a single casement window.
