Description
The Pigeoncote at Rowan Tree Farm is an early 19th-century structure that was raised in the later 19th century. It is built of brick and features a pantile roof. The building has stepped coped gables, plain eaves, and stands two storeys tall with a single bay.
On the west front, there is a central door flanked by single casement windows, all of which have segmental heads. Above this, there is another single casement window. The south gable includes putlog holes and has a blocked opening with a segmental head above it. The east side mirrors the west front with a central door and flanking single casements, all featuring segmental heads.
The north side has a later 19th-century lean-to addition, which is also brick with a pantile roof, and has cogged eaves. This side includes a door to the left with a segmental head.
