Description
Yew Tree Farm House is an 18th-century farmhouse located on the south side of Main Street in North Leverton with Habblesthorpe. The building is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof, with cogged and dentillated eaves. It has a single gable and a single rear wall stack. The house is two storeys high and has three bays, following a double depth plan.
The main east front includes a central glazed door with an overlight, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. Above this, there are three 20th-century glazing bar casements. On the rear north gable, there is a glazing bar casement to the right and a glazing bar sash above it, along with a blocked opening, all featuring segmental heads. At the rear, there is a central round-headed stair window, and above to the left, there is a small glazing bar sash.
