Description

The tower at Mill Lane is an ornamental structure from the 19th century. It is built of red brick with ashlar dressings. The tower has a round shape with a square base and features a single lancet window on the Mill Lane front. It rises to an embattled top, where the merlons are capped with ashlar slabs. Inside, there is a brick turning stair with a newel post. This tower is included in the listing for its group value only.
