Description

This is an early 18th-century house and shop, altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick with stucco keystones, moulded stone kneelers, raised brick gables, and a pantiled roof. The rear has a brick stack. The front is two bays wide, with a second-floor brick band. The ground floor now has a 20th-century shop front including a door to the left, with glazing bar windows and a fascia above. The first floor has two glazing bar sashes, and the second floor has two similar windows. All windows are topped by rubbed brick flat arches with stucco keystones. The gable elevation originally featured two windows on the first floor, one of which remains. Above a now-blocked garret window is visible in the gable.
