Description

Wellhead Tower at Wester Broomhouse is possibly from the 19th century. It is a circular tower made of red rubble sandstone, located at the head of a well. The tower stands approximately 16 feet tall and features a timber lintelled doorway on the south side that is about 4 feet high. The upper part of the tower appears solid, although the wallhead is crumbling.
