Description

The house adjacent to Cromwell House is a Grade II listed building dating from the early 18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of rendered limestone rubble and features a concrete tiled roof with two brick gable stacks, arranged in a parallel range.

The front of the building has five bays and stands two stories high, characterized by a moulded brick eaves course. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door topped with a fanlight, set within a wooden doorcase that has brackets supporting a narrow hood. This entrance is flanked by pairs of glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are five additional glazing bar sash windows. All of the windows have flat arches with raised keystones that extend through the render.

Inside, the house features an 18th-century dog leg stair with moulded and knopped balusters.
