Description
Cromwell House, including the stable range, is a house built around 1830. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. A central porch is supported by Tuscan columns and Doric pilasters, topped with a Doric entablature. The entrance has a panelled door and a curvilinear fanlight above it. The sash windows are adorned with gauged skewback arches and glazing bars. The hipped roof has stacks on both the east and west sides, and above the timber eaves cornice, there are decorative diamond studs and dentils. To the east of the house, there is a single storey stable range.
