Description

This pair of houses, located immediately west of Brandon Cottage, dates from the early 19th century. They are constructed of roughcast clay lump sitting on a brick and flint plinth, topped with a roof of black glazed pantiles. The buildings are two storeys high, featuring a central door in the west wall and two early 20th-century casement windows on both floors. The street facade includes two bow windows; the one on the right is mid-19th century, while the one on the left is from the 20th century. There are also two 19th-century sash windows on the first floor. The hipped roof is complemented by two ridge stacks. This listing is included for its group value.
