Description
Old School House is a house built in the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring brick and stucco dressings, and has ashlar quoins. The roof is hipped and covered with pantiles, supported by two brick wall stacks. The building has an L-shaped plan and a three-bay, two-storey front. The eaves have a brick dog tooth course. The central entrance is a 20th-century half-glazed door with a plain overlight, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. The ground floor openings have plain stucco splayed lintels, while the first floor features three glazing bar sashes with flat rubbed brick arches.
