Description

74 North Parade is a late 18th century or early 19th century building. It is a three-storey structure made of red brick with a slate roof. The façade features three windows with segmental brick arches and flush framed glazing bars. The entrance has a six-fielded door with panelled ingoes, and the doorcase is adorned with pilasters and brackets that support a pediment. The doorway is round-headed and includes a fanlight above. There is also a scraper present.
