Late C18. or early C19, 3-storey, red brick; slate roof, 3 windows, segmental brick arch, flush framed glazing bars. 6-fielded door, panelled ingoes. Doorcase with pilasters and brackets supporting pediments; roundheaded doorway with fanlight. Scraper.
