Description

No. 46 North Parade is a late 18th-century, five-storey brick building with a pantile roof. It features three windows with painted stone rusticated flat arches, each adorned with keystone glazing bars and an eaves cornice. The entrance has a doorcase with attached half-columns and a cornice, leading to a round-headed doorway with a fanlight and panelled ingoes. The building also has an ashlar plinth and shutter hooks. It is part of a group that includes Nos. 20 to 46 (even).
