Description

70 and 72 North Parade is a house and inn, built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is a two-storey building with an attic, constructed of red brick and featuring a parapet and a pantile roof. The building has three windows; No. 72 has a modern window, while No. 70 has a brick segmental arch window with glazing bars, along with a window above the carriageway. The central carriageway on the ground floor has a semi-elliptical head and is flanked by a doorcase that includes pilasters, brackets, and dentilled pediments.
