Description

Nos. 84 and 86 North Parade are early 19th-century corner houses constructed of red brick with a slate roof. The buildings are three stories tall and feature three windows with slightly segmental stone arches and glazing bars. There is a wooden eaves cornice and two bay windows, also with glazing bars. The porch is supported by Doric half columns and has an entablature. The doorway has a carved arch with a keystone, flanked by fan-shaped decoration. No. 84 was formerly known as No. 1 Charter Street.
