Description

Nos. 1 and 3 Ock Street are late 18th-century buildings featuring a slate roof and red and blue chequered brickwork. They stand two storeys tall with a stone plinth. The façade includes three windows with flat arches, double hung sashes with glazing bars, all set under gauged brick arches. A Doric porch is supported by stone blocks, and there is a stone architrave around the right-hand ground floor windows. An extension is located at the rear. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 11 (odd), No. 2, and the Congregational Chapel on Tile Square.
