Description
No. 12 Ock Street is a building with origins dating back to the 17th century. It is timber framed and has a rough rendered exterior. The structure stands two storeys high with attics and features two gables facing the street, topped with a tiled roof.
On the left side, there is one double hung sash window set in a wooden architrave, complete with a frieze and cornice. To the right, there is a casement window in the gable, also with a wooden frame. Another sash window, similar in style with a frieze and cornice, is located nearby, along with a small modern window. The ground floor to the right has modern bow windows that include glazing bars.
