Description
No. 14 on Ock Street is an 18th-century building constructed with stucco and timber framing, topped with a tile roof and featuring one brick chimney. It has a wood eaves cornice and stands three storeys tall. The building includes two windows with flush frames, flat arches, and double hung sash with glazing bars. The first-floor windows are adorned with a small frieze and cornice, while the first and second floors are roughly rendered. The ground floor is rendered below the cornice and features two small shop windows. A stone plinth supports the structure, and the plastered doorway is decorated with paterae, a frieze with a small cornice, and triglyphs. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 8 (even) and 12 to 16 (even).
