The front of the building has two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, and one single sash window with glazing bars. A decorative band separates the ground and first floors. The doorway is topped with a stone pediment, and contains six-panel doors. Numbers 1 to 11 (odd), along with Number 2 and the Congregational Chapel on the square, form a notable group.
