Description
This is a three-storey red brick building dating from the 18th century, located on the east side of North Parade. It has a brick eaves cornice and three windows. The central entrance features a six-panel door set within a round, rusticated stone surround with a moulded keystone and a traceried fanlight above. Two cellar windows are visible, each with a flat brick arch. The roof is slate-covered. The building is part of a group with numbers 20 to 46 (even) on the same side of the street.
